The upgrading of the Grafton Racecourse was under taken by RDM in two stages. The first stage was all the pre construction activities including drafting preliminary design drawings, detailed design and preparing tenders for construction contracts. The second stage involved all construction activities including the administration of the construction contracts, site supervision, contract management, site meetings, provision of regular progress reports to the principal, claims checking and validation, assessment of variations, Industrial relations management and occupational health & safety management.
