This development application was approved for 11 residential lots including dwellings. The site was impacted by environmental constraints including vegetation management, contamination, and bushfire risk. All of these constraints were managed by RDM as part of the planning process. The North Coast Regional Environmental Plan, Coffs Harbour LEP 2000, West Coffs development control plan, low density development control plan, subdivision development control plan and planning for bushfire protection were all taken into consideration in preparing the design and Statement of Environmental Effects for this development application.
