This development application sought approval for eighty independent living units for seniors and a communal administration building. The site is located in an area that has been zoned by Coffs Harbour City Council for low density residential development. The site was impacted by a number of environmental constraints including geotechnical and land contamination, flooding, aboriginal cultural heritage, bushfire and traffic generation. All of these constraints were managed by RDM as part of the planning process.
