“Resource Design & Management Pty Ltd (RDM) were appointed by Collins SMSF Ltd to advise and supervise the subdivision of a property in Coffs Harbour.
Surveys were completed and plans submitted for initial DA to Coffs Harbour City Council, they oversaw requirements to meet the conditions attached to the Council consent. Engineering plans were designed for the construction for necessary water and telecommunications and this work was completed with very favourable commentary from Council staff. Subdivision plans were lodged by RDM and Council gave prompt approval for these “Linen” plans. Land Registry Services promptly issued the Land Title Certificates.
Because of the competence of Resource Design & Management Pty Ltd, every action taken by them was approved by the various authorities on the first application, resulting in a prompt and smooth subdivision.”
“Resource Design & Management Pty Ltd completed this project within the agreed time frames and on budget. Conformance surveys, GPS guided machinery model uploads, and general site pick-ups were an important part in assisting SCS in making the Urunga Wetlands project an award winning success.”
“With regards the data RDM provided for the Woolgoolga Flood Study, we’re very happy with it.
