Brett is an Engineering and Survey Draftsperson with Resource Design & Management Pty Ltd (RDM) and brings with him considerable knowledge and experience gained over the past 10 years working within both local government and private enterprises.
While working as an Engineering Technical Assistant with Moira Shire Council, Brett graduated from the Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE with a Diploma in Engineering Drafting. He then moved on to become Engineering Project Designer where he utilised his skills to assist in delivering Capital Works Projects. Brett was involved in survey, design and set-out works as well as providing plans and data for planning referrals, detailed and conceptual water sensitive urban design plans and traffic data collection and analysis.
Making a sea change in 2015 Brett commenced work for Austact Pty Ltd to assist with Civil and Structural Design Projects, working on Commercial and Rail Projects as a Project Manager. Brett helped deliver numerous projects for Austact in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, which included Drafting Civil Projects and Designing Mechanical/Structural parts using AutoCAD 3D software.
In 2016, Brett started work with Infracraft Detailed Joinery, designing and managing large custom commercial joinery projects for Sydney based companies.
Since commencing work with RDM in 2018, Brett has utilised his broad industry knowledge to support all facets of RDM’s services of surveying, town planning, engineering and project management. Brett has undertaken design and drafting works for a variety of clients including, ARTC, government authorities, architects, and small to large land developers.
