Ross brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in a broad range of engineering and surveying applications gained over the past 25 years. He has obtained degrees in both engineering and surveying from the University of Queensland and combines his knowledge and understanding to bring about cost effective and successful development outcomes to meet the needs of his clients. This expertise had been gained through working for a number of consultancy practices based in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
Since working for RDM, he has been responsible for the co-ordination and management of a number of significant land and property developments involving engineering survey, design and supervision for earthworks, roads, drainage, sewer, water and telecommunications, digital terrain modelling, subdivision, machine guidance and construction set out.
His experience with various road and highway projects for the NSW Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) and various Councils extends from data collection, to formation of Digital Terrain Models (DTM’s) through to the design and supervision of projects. Ross has extensive knowledge with a wide range of engineering and surveying software applications including Leica Geo Office, Magnet, Road Runner, CivilCad and AutoCad and others.
